Our team is available to take reservations from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily. Whether you plan in advance or need last-minute arrangements, we’re here to support your journey.

 

How much notice is required to book a reservation?

Ideally, reservations should be made as soon as possible. We typically require up to 2 hours’ notice prior to pick up, giving us ample time to prepare and ensure a vehicle is available for your needs.

 

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand the need for flexibility and offer a straightforward cancellation policy. You may cancel airport pickups up to two hours before the scheduled time. For hourly services, cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours prior to pick up.

 

How do I receive a receipt for my service?

After payment has been processed, receipts are promptly sent to your email. This ensures you have a transaction record with us for future reference.

 

Why might the charged amount differ from my quoted price?

Several factors can influence the final cost of your service. These include changes in the trip details like the time of day, day of the week, any additional stops, or unexpected waiting time. We strive for transparency in our pricing and will explain any discrepancies.

 

Where will I meet my chauffeur at the airport?

Our standard meeting point is curbside outside of the baggage claim area. If you prefer a meet-and-greet service directly at baggage claim, we offer this for an additional $25 fee.

 

What happens if my flight is delayed?

We continuously monitor flight statuses. If your flight is delayed, we adjust the pickup time accordingly to ensure your chauffeur is there when you arrive.

 

Are pets allowed in the vehicles?

Yes, we welcome your furry friends on board for an additional fee of $25. Please inform us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.

 

How can I contact my chauffeur?

Upon confirmation of your reservation, you’ll receive your chauffeur’s name and contact number, ensuring direct communication for any updates or questions.

 

What kind of training do your chauffeurs undergo?

Our chauffeurs are professionally trained in safe driving practices, customer service excellence, and efficient route planning. Their training also covers vehicle maintenance and preparation, ensuring a smooth and safe ride.

 

I need to make changes to my booking. What should I do?

Is there a charge for additional stops or waiting time?

Yes, additional stops are subject to a $15 fee for airport and point-to-point transfers. For waiting times, charges begin 30 minutes after a domestic flight’s arrival and 60 minutes for international flights, ensuring you have time to navigate through the airport.
